My Telco sends me an email & SMS each month to remind me to have funds available for the direct debit I have in place. So annoying!!!! Never be late in paying a bill in my life. Contacted them several times & they promise to fix it….never happens.
As if that were the only nuisance calls they needed to fix. Back traced a number of them and found most numbers had no listing. The most recent one’s supposedly came from Amazon and mention a really big charge on an account.
Seems phone co’s, with all that technology, should be able sequester unassigned numbers in a secure file. New subscribers would get a code number that unlocked their specific number. Might then make it possible to concentrate on nailing callers who spoof actual numbers.
We’ve been with Verizon for cell service for over 10 years. Always mailed in a check. Always on time. Twice in the last 4 months we’ve gotten emails saying our payment is late (they “never” got the check). There is NO way to contact Verizon and speak to a human. We’ve gone to paying the bill electronically. I think they did it on purpose.
Had Verizon for a couple of years. They sent me hot spot that didn’t work. I paid to a point and got tired of fighting with them. They’re still trying to collect $145 after 5 years. Don’t like them. Act like they are going to go under if they don’t get money?

Hey, if somebody calls up out of the blue to offer to pay all my bills, I wouldn’t call them annoying or nuisance.

There is only one way to stop those calls and that is to pay the bill.

Hey Tmobile…if you know the call is a scam why do you let it go through?

This cartoon is inaccurate. A utility with a customer service section??? Get real.
