An associate of mine used to work as an intellectual property lawyer for a telecommunications company. He had to bring suit against Ann, Tina and Thresa, owners of a small hairdressing shop. And they didn’t even use the ampersand in the initials on their shop.

The smallest things can be copyrighted or trademarked. The backwards ‘R’ in toys are us and the specific shade of pink used by T-Mobile.

Then you have the domain speculators who buy up names hoping to resell them to businesses.

We were the Knights of Nee, but it seems that name was already taken by some guy named Monty.

At least the US is safe from threat of invasion.

A euphemism for “Cut off their heads!”.

So, if something looks “smart”, take it!

Well, you don’t have to worry about Washington D. C.

Just as I suspected. The “C” stands for China. Although, I must say, they don’t look Chinese…
