This is the next to last lesson in the course. Right before butt crack exposure techniques. It follows upselling “yer gonna need a new ______ (fill in the blank) system.”
Any of those could be correct. However, some of the choices could imply that something might have gone wrong along the way and that extra cleanup is/was needed.
Or, if you are the parent who can do the basic plumbing, you explain what you will do if you find _____ 15 feet or more down into the plumbing to whomever attempted to flush it down there.
Whatever answer they choose, the instructor’s next line should be, “Wrong, idiots! What makes you think a customer is going to care about your level of excitement?”

Use “soaked” and exchange “excitement” for “excrement.”

It’s hard for most people to get excited about plumbing.
It helps with customer relations if the plumber can at least seem like he or she is excited.

1) Water flows downhill.
2) Don’t stick your fingers in your mouth.

My favorite isn’t among the choices listed above. I would have used an old Match Game term: “I am tinkling (substitute for tingling) with excitement!”
