C of course.

I’m a little confused… C) is the one I would’ve used, but it’s in its infinitive form and grammatically incorrect, it would need to be in its past participle form “flushed”. Whereas the other three are present simple passive, grammatically correct but not good answers…

This is the next to last lesson in the course. Right before butt crack exposure techniques. It follows upselling “yer gonna need a new ______ (fill in the blank) system.”

It’s hard for most people to get excited about plumbing.

It helps with customer relations if the plumber can at least seem like he or she is excited.

Any of those could be correct. However, some of the choices could imply that something might have gone wrong along the way and that extra cleanup is/was needed.

Plumber feels pooped.
