Me steals foods from the greedy and gives it to the needy. Well, me is very needy meself, so first me gives it to meself.

He deducted what he gave to the poor as a charitable contribution. Smart guy. Win-win.

Might be the fink’s alter ego

It’s okay to be a rat as long as you pay off the fink. Professional courtesy, and all that.

The little fink doesn’t mind what you do with your life, just so long as he gets his.

So basically Robbing Hood is now a tax collector.

Illinois politician have been promising to do that for years and they have. Problem is, the people with money are leaving the state. Bad plan.
