Yeah, but your old clothing have no chance of killing you or your loved ones.

Mine went in the opposite direction. I lost weight by eating healthier and getting some regular exercise.

An unexpected change in jobs did it for me. I went from a sedentary job to one where I am on my feet all day. I was 60 lbs heavier than I am now, took 2 years to lose 20 lbs, then took about 6 months to lose an additional 40 pounds. My wife says she wishes she could lose weight as quickly as I do. Typical insensitive male that I am, I told her I work out 8 hours a day.

See. Going back and forth to and standing around the office coffee bar isn’t all bad. You drink coffee/tea and eat a snack but do less of each than when you are home looking into the frig or pantry every few minutes.

For me, office clothes are a thing of the past, but I recently had to buy new belts and some jeans “with a skosh more room”.

That would be me. But I haven’t had to shoehorn myself into “church clothes” for two years. when our congregation discards zoom services, I’m gonna have to go shopping. Sweat pants aren’t going to do…..
