I’d trip and put that ice cream down her back.

“Get your own ice cream Lucy,” is not a hard thing to say.

“Yeah, but chocolate’s getting old, vanilla just leaves me cold. There’s just one flavour good enough for me, yeah me. Don’t give me no crummy taste spoon; I know what I need.”

That threat only works because Lucy knows he won’t fight back.

I guess it’s the little brother’s lot in life to be the servant of the older brother or sister (I’m an only cub, so how would I know? ;D).

Get that ice cream!

Had a coworker in a family of 9, oldest sister ruled the roost. One day said coworker informed big sis that when he turned 14 he would be old enough to have her bullying days come to an end. Fateful day arrived and big sis said, I’ll wait for you outside. Yup. Pounded on him from sun up to sun down. True story!

She’ll give you five good reasons, Linus (counts off her five fingers to make a fist).

Sitting so close to the TV is bad for your eyesight.

And Lucy grew up to be Leona Helmsley.

Linus … treat your sister to some special ice cream … consider adding a dash of salt .. or pepper .. or syrup of ipecac .. or you can do what some fast food attendants do & just spit in it .. be sure to mix it up well so its not detectable .. then sit back and enjoy her eating her ice cream. (I had 2 brothers)

How about some pound cake?

Just as I suspected. It’s not about ice cream, it’s about dominance. Thank goodness all Lucy’s are not like you.

What about strawberry or cookies-n-cream for ice cream? There’s also mint chip for the St. Patrick’s Day holiday.

Don’t forget to top it off with a little bit of toilet water, Linus.

chocolate syrup, sprinkles, nuts, whip cream and crush some oreo in with it and if you are good make yourself one also then clean it all up! Younger siblings..heard they are the best!

Schulz being an only child did have pretty good insight into what happens in multi-children families. js

After getting her the ice cream, rub it in her face and run like the wind while she’s blinded. That’ll get you even for a while.

That seems like a lot more work than just getting up and getting it yourself Lucy.

How did she learn such violence, from watching wrestling on TV?

I have tried very hard not to be a Lucy in life.

Gotta get that sugar rush to keep on pounding like that.

Crumble yesterday’s burned toast on top of the ice cream.

I was the middle child with two younger than me. Very early on, I realized that my job was to protect the younger ones from the older ones, and that, as the family runt, both of the younger ones would be bigger than me sooner rather than later so I was very nice to them. My kid brother’s favorite thing was to lean his arm on my head and call me his kid sister although I was almost ten years older. That was the worst thing he did to me so my decision worked in my favor.

Where are these kids’ parents? There’s no way they should be okay with the way Lucy treats Linus.

The golden child gets away with everything. The scapegoat is never allowed any joy. When they’re adults, Linus would be much more well adjusted and only see Lucy as a pitiful example of what not to do.

Kind of violent today.

Mom tell me my older sister used to bully me until the day I pushed her down with a single shove; everything was fine after that.

1) Spit in ice cream. 2) Serve with a smile.

You have the blanket, Linus, remind her it is also a whip.
