Hey, Charlie, 0-63 is, well, letās face it, terrible. Your team definitely needs a retooling. When I was a youth soccer coach, my boys beat the other team 13-0. I did everything I could to keep the score down. I even gave pointers to their coaches to help them better lead their kids, but to no avail. They did tighten up their defense toward the end, but not enough. It turned out the coaches, though willing and able, knew nothing about soccer. As that game was our first of the season, we saw them back toward the end and they were a totally different team, though we still beat them, but by a respectable margin.
Anyone know the date this strip first ran, specifically whether it was before or after the ā89 Series? Since Peanuts only lasted till early 2000, I would think that, if it were after, it would have been ātoo soon.ā
Though she was fairly prominent in the 1960s, Frieda appeared just TEN times in the comic strip after 1969, with her final appearance occurring on November 22nd 1985. Schulz manifestly did not feel the same affection for her as he did for Violet and Patty, who kept popping up in occasional cameos until nearly the end.
With the way you play, Lucy, you oughta be praying for an earthquake. Maybe it could swallow Frieda up as well so no one has to hear about how she has naturally curly hair.

The reason why Charlie Brown loses baseball games like that is because he is there. Now if he wasnāt there, they win
