The article linked to a few strips back made it clear that in real life the restaurateur (’d’ve sworn there was “restaura*n*teur” but evidently not) got along well with Trump. Apparently GBT knew that and was working from that starting point.
“All politics are local”? His east coast reputation should have gone viral before 2016. Hundreds of thousands of his cult followers would still be alive today.
And yet Trump was the first president in decades to not start any wars, make the US energy independent and get control over illegal immigration. So let’s pile on him for his personality while the Biden crime family gets a pass.
Why does Mr. Sabatini’s defense of the Orange Maroon sound so familiar? Isn’t that exactly what his mindless MAGA morons and Senatorial sycophants have been saying since 2016?
I got interested in learning about some languages when I was in high school. Capiche, as spelled above, would be pronounced that way in French, but it is an Italian word. Trudeau should have known to spell it capice, although that still wouldn’t be pronounced that way. In fact, it would be capisce.

Mr. Sabatini isn’t intimidated by pigs. He makes prosciutto out of them.

Reasonable? Trump? What is this, the comics?

Why is Duke even talking to the restaurant owner instead of just killing him??
After all, that’s what the Orange Baboon is paying him for!!

I wonder if Mr Sabatini will be able to see the truth.

Yes, and he’s STILL a pig.

It’s not every day that the general readership agrees with Duke, is it?
;-)

Now, the Duke has gone and done it: he insulted pigs. For shame!

Duke’s last statement is frighteningly accurate.

Trump’s watching through the window and thinking, “So far, I could’ve done this…”

Most honest thing the Duke ever said.

Trudeau should not be insulting pigs! Pigs are useful as food and pets. Trump is useless!

He has literally turned on everyone he once praised, except Putin.

Anyone who lived in NYC in the 70s knew Trump was a joke. Anyone who doesn’t know it now is blind and deaf.

Sabatini’s. Mafia?

Ultimately it was totally irrelevant – like most of his ventures it went bankrupt.

The background to this actual story about Trump trying to shake down Sabatini’s, including a mention of this strip:

He tried to get it condemned, for one thing. Was finally forced to buy it at well over value.
