I must say, Aunty looks pretty spiffy today, rather than her usual dumpy self. Is that what switching to rum does?

Remember to add a slice of lime or other citrus fruit, rum itself does not prevent scruvy.

Drinking rum helps your morale, the lime just adds extra flavor.

I have known rum to enhance people’s self-confidence, and their aggressiveness. But I have never seen it make anyone more moral.

It also makes you a bit GROGy.

What’s your favourite brand of rum? I used to have Zacapa aged 23 y. (from this town in Guatemala), but they simply run out of it. Now they are selling a “Method 23” Zacapa Rum, which is just… well, plain rum. So, which good aged rum brand would you recommend?

When I toured the Bacaedi plant in Puerto Rico, we tried new drinks for free. I loved the Bacaedi limon and cranberry. The whole tour was free.

Wow, they even photo shop comics these days. Or is this what she looks like after drinking too much rum. Like Mickey Gilley said, the girls all look prettier at closing time.

Ah yes, Captain Morgan just a fine drink on a Saturday afternoon during a Husker football game. Until they lose most games the past 3 years or more.

Second time recently that I’ve seen that confusion between moral and morale. The previous one was in a comment someone made on a comic (which I gently pointed out, of course).

Well, beer is my favorite, and I never had scurvy. so…………I stand with the science on this one.
