You’ve heard of cops giving someone “the third degree”? Ever wonder where the phrase came from? It dates back to the Inquisition, where the first degree was just asking questions about the detainee’s supposed (but presumed) apostasy and heresy. When the desired answers were not forthcoming (as they never were from the truly innocent), the inquisitors moved on to the second degree: displaying the instruments that they were prepared to use to extract “the truth” from the suspect and letting imagination kick in. It’s left as an exercise for the student to imagine what the third degree comprised.
Monty knows the appurtenances but not the skills of “the third degree,” a rather outworn mode of interrogation. Check with Leopold of Scary Gary for effective use of a modern torture chamber….

This is a high-level interrogation.
With low-level thinking.

Just do what you did to the ant Monty, that’ll get him talking!

Monty is the dim bulb here.

Monty could sharpen his skills watching the interrogation scene from Fatal Instinct

Set a cup of hot motor oil just out of his reach and don’t offer him any…

The tricky part of interrogation is understanding the answers. Even the innocent lie; no one knows why.
Spoonbone about 3 years ago
Looks like that bulb did a pretty good number on poor EB’s photoreceptors.
Maswartz about 3 years ago
Gee, I wonder why none of his neighbors like him…
christelisbetty about 3 years ago
Before you try to “break” EB, think about supply chain issues for replacement parts.

That is illegal, Monty.
