I wonder if weird food really does cause bad dreams or if it’s a case of confirmation bias. Has anyone done a proper scientific study? If so, I bet it’s worthy of an igNoble. ;-)
Inspired by Winsor McKay’s “Dreams of the Rarebit Fiend” and “Little Nemo” in which bizarre nightmares were always caused by eating some troublesome food before bedtime.
