I heard on the BBC News last night that Dennis Waterman has died. He appeared in New Tricks alongside James Bolam who played Andy Capp in a short-lived TV adaption of this marvellous comic strip.

Aside from being in New Tricks, Waterman and Bolam both played characters called Terry. Waterman played Terry McCann in Minder and Bolam played Terry Collier in The Likely Lads and its sequel Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads?

The gent speaks the very words, I have spoken so many times in the past.

They don’t. Just think what Flo might have had if she dated that guy.

Hey, Affie.

I was at the city on Saturday and bought myself some nice trousers and 2 pairs of fluffy socks.

Tomorrow I’m going to buy my Norton AntiVirus protection for £13.49 as sadly the £3.99 one never came back in stock and is no longer available on the website. I’ve always loved that store (Argos) I get the Norton from. I used to be fascinated by the stock checker machines as a kid where you put in an item number of a product and it told you how many there were in stock. I just thought it was really clever.

So I hope tomorrow is a nice day like it was on Saturday. The sun was out all day then.

I’m going to have two burgers in buns with cheese and fries for dinner today. I would normally have sausages but there is none. I don’t always have fries with the sausages though. I believe last time it was spaghetti hoops! On a few occasions fried eggs.
