The Ontario, Canada Govt has issued a warning re: The Giant Hogweed plant. It grows to about 2 metres (6 ft) tall, it’s sap can cause severe burns, blisters to the skin, and even blindness. To be avoided and do NOT plant one in your garden.

Wizards notwithstanding, there are carnivorous plants but they have specialized leaves for trapping insects, not flowers.
