I have an acquaintance she eats 1/3 from this, what I eat. I can’t help, but I need it!!

I remember Bob Richards pictured on the box.

Whatever he’s done, I will always be a fan of Pete Rose.

Why?

Because when he beat Ty Cobb’s hitting record, he knocked that obnoxious Mary Lou Retton off the Wheaties box and TV ads!!

For that alone, he has my UNDYING gratitude!!

Almost as good as Milky Bones…right, Rover?

I hated Wheaties. Still do, lol! But they’re healthy, I guess. Like oatmeal which I also do not prefer ;) Welcome back from a long vacation, Brian. You’re my favorite cartoonist!

After 5 weeks of reruns, back to new Red and Rover strips.

Love my Wheaties! Have eaten them every day for 65+ years and am still alive. (And my wife thinks I am a champion!)

We ate a TON of cereal back in the day but almost never Wheaties! Not enough sugar!

I used to adore Wheaties. Once I got older, my stomach couldn’t take it. No, it’s not the milk, it’s the Wheaties…and Wheat Chex.

Today’s strip is dated 2022. The reruns are over and we’re back to brand new Red and Rover. The reruns and people’s reactions to them were well worth reading.

I love Wheaties, but they’re too expensive and never discounted ‘on sale.’ $6.99 for a 15.6 oz box? Give me a break. Are the overpaid athletes getting their cut of the sales price?

Bring back Buc Wheats!

Even at that age I knew it was for sports.

Also the breakfast of losers, but nobody ever counts them.

Not funny at all, not with people starving all over the world. Eating contests should be outlawed.
