I’m not a fan of the new format when presented in comics.com. It’s too small to read!

How about splitting the comics panes up across multiple days like before, so things appear larger?

If Terrance had become a Cassowary instead of a Peacock there’d be some cardoodle kickin’ for sure. But no. He’s a Peacock.

They had to give it to the one guy who probably never drank from a cup in his life (just fluids absorbed from his suit).

One: What exactly does Marx store in those jugs?

    Two: Anyone remember the toothbrushes?

I think Marx knew they’d make the locals angry and brought them there to teach them, as part of star school.

Maybe Terrance isn’t destined to betray them after all. This may be his hero’s journey.

Do we even WANT to know what’s in that jug?

Glad we finally got a new posting. These lengthier panels no doubt take longer to produce so that must be why the gap between postings has gotten more spread out. I’m just happy Aaron seems to be well enough to do his artwork and storytelling. Stay healthy, dear.

I think Terrance is in the right. When in Hell, don’t eat the pomegranates.

Is attacking the teetotaler actually featured in a Prohibition era animated cartoon?

Early comics had no restrictions on content. That came later when everything had to be approved. National Board of Censorship 1909.

I knew it! J. J. Carter’s early years. Remember that comic book cover, from some way back? J. J. Carter (in this Endtown timeline) was a cartoonist and animator. Carter Studios put out a long string of animated shorts in the early and mid twentieth century. I have one of the advertising posters on my studio wall. (You can buy one for yourself. Just go to the Endtown merchandising page.)

What else would someone store in a jug? More jugs.

True to form, Marx never said that the jug contains 150 proof “squeezins”. He implied it by asking who wanted some, and then tossing the jug. In the last panel, our group need to leave before the doodles discover what he actually stores in his jugs. This could be Moxie, Cel Ray, tears, anchovy paste. Not nitroglycerin, since Marx tossed the jug.

Hate me if you like, but I’m finding this whole arc tiresome and would dearly like to move on to THE STORY!!

Just a thought, is the extra long format a tribute to the old comics that had more than 4-5 panels?
