She’s a keeper

Looks like the asphalt was a little toasty today.

How could i know the ground would turn into mud when it rained.

I said “Quick, get some sand”, not “Get some quicksand”.

Makes them harder to steal, though.

I’m not sure that would have helped.

“Those darned Sugar Ants! Well, I warned you not to keep that big bag of candy out in the hot car!”

Needed to use it more.

Sinkhole.

A non driver now.

My driveway is 280 feet long (0.05 miles). It is not surprising that after 25 years I had to replace a couple of cracked slabs. One was lifted 6 inches off the ground by a tree root.

As a side note: I drag my trash cans 0.05 miles up and 0.05 miles back down every week. That’s one tenth of a mile times 50 weeks (allowing for vacation) or 5 miles a year. Times 25 years, that works out to 125 miles.

It’s worse for the mail. Mail is delivered 300 times a year (taking out Sundays and Federal Holidays), so that’s 30 miles a year. I’ve walked 750 miles just to get the mail since I’ve owned the house.

Hey, give a data analyst some data and this is the kind of stuff he does with it.

Sometimes it pays to listen to the wife?

Around here they do all that on a 4-wheeler. (ATV)

Why do we drive on a parkway and park in a driveway? I know very old joke! LOL!
