His rug isn’t white enameled either….

What! No mobile homes?

(I grew up in trailer parks all over the South.)

I know a number of people who belong on that pile.

I resemble that sign….

They honestly have this at landfills.

Makes me think of “To Kill a Mockingbird”. Jim’s only crime was feeling sorry for white folks. The Ewells knew that they may be white trash, but at least they weren’t black.

What a horrible way to think. This is part of the nightmare that slavery left us. Ignorant white folks desperate for someone to hate and look down upon.

Gasp! Trashists!

So when my saltines go bad, can I trash those crackers?

Obviously only “rich” white trash. (They have indoor plumbing.)

Ugh! We don’t need derogatory remarks like this.

(Years ago, I used to have separate baskets to pre-sort laundry by how it should be washed, to save time when I got to the laundromat. One basket was labeled ‘Whites Only, No Coloreds’.)
