Porridge brain pays no attention at school, but is capable of decoding messages.

The detractor could have spelled Porridge as Poo-rridge.

Anonymous letters are never complimentary. That’s why they’re anonymous.I was reading a 1930s “poison pen” mystery the other day and I wondered if, in this digital email Whatsapp age, people still send anonymous letters. Technology has changed, but that kind of person never does.

Well, poo. Now all there is to do is to find out who sent it and throw some snowballs at her.

Seems like a good idea, with a few changes. I’m gonna send me a b-day card with $5 and not sign it. I’m getting forgetful, so, by the time the card arrives, I’ll forget that I sent it. Oooh, gobs of fun! ‘’Who sent me a card with money?’’

It seems that Hobbes planned for the moment, given what he says in the last panel. Hmmm…

A porridge brain? How silly that someone went to all that trouble and couldn’t come up with a decent insult.
