If you look at the dinner scene in Space Balls you will see the millennium falcon in the parking area, also courtesy of George Lucas.

At least Samsung was good from the outset. Anyone else remember GoldStar? Wow, those were some very cheap products, and were terribly unreliable. Today, though, their products are awesome, but they’re sold under the name LG.

One restriction George Lucas did give Mel Brooks is that he could not put Lone Star in a Han Solo outfit….so Mel Brooks put him in an Indiana Jones one instead.

George and Mel are both perfectionists. It is no surprise that ILM would do the effects. It was a nice surprise to read that in the end credits.

With the experience of buying a Samsung kitchen range that had a proofing option for raising bread dough only to find that it took over forty-five minutes for the oven to reach 350° by which time the dough was over-risen and near useless, I say Samsung should have remained a fish selling company.

Texas State Fair isn’t that far away now, so it’s time to get philosophical.

What do science and deep fried food at the Texas State Fair have in common?

At their core, both concepts ask if you could but not if you should.
