    The Delice de Bourgogne is a “soft-ripened triple-cream cheese”. It’s very similar to brie. I found some at Trader Joe’s and brought a very small chunk home. At room temperature, the texture is almost like whipped butter, and it is heart-stopping-ly good. I could only manage a spoonful spread over a hunk of bread. Anything more than that and my arteries would’ve slammed shut …
