oh look look – it’s the Big Driller

Reminds me of my bedroom ceiling where I have hundreds of glued on stars that glow when I turn out the ceiling light. I love it !

But now the rain will leak in!

Turtle has a lot of evolving left to do—he is still using a left-hand drill bit.

At night you can turn on coloured light effects that will make for quite a spectacular light show for viewers from outside.

And it helps air-condition the attic.

That’s a pretty cool idea, John, until it rains.

Not as many holes as Blackburn Lancashire. Oh boy.

(Huh. The turtle has a name — I didn’t know that!!)

Sounds like an old Tuttle Turtle cartoon. And soon he will be calling for Mr. Wizard to fix the problem and get him out of whatever mess he is in.

He will not like it in rain and hail season.

That could let the rain in, or something worse with the birds around.

One drawback though with that kind of planetarium, the stars will weep H2O on nights when it rains!

Those holes are going to play hob with your aerodynamics.

As has been said, the planetarium roof works fine, till it rains. Then what? Oh, yeah, the sky is falling, the sky is falling.
