So, a 4,000-year-old teenage skeleton was unearthed near Stonehenge.

Scientists are still open for the possibility that this is a more modern skeleton of someone who died of boredom, possibly from listening to some hippy chick explaining her celtic past lives.

Before “orange” became the name of a color, that color was called yellow-red or red-yellow, depending on the hue. The fruit’s name, naranj, was modified a bit and became the English “orange”.

And I don’t think there was much celebration of Halloween until the 16th century. In Protestant dominated England, Halloween was superseded by Guy Fawkes Day after 1605.

I observed cows on a farm once, and never thought about their interactions.

The first time I visited Stonehenge, people could walk through the site and touch, but not climb, the stones. For my second visit 25 years later, we were all behind the rope, which serves to protect the stones from vandalism and erosion. It was awesome to touch the stones and imagine them intact while visualizing the rituals and “science” that happened there centuries ago. It was harder to do that 100 feet away, so I feel fortunate in that way.

But-will those same kids in costume eat their two veg? Or, might they be more willing to be social if they dress like Bruce Wayne? “Alfred, please bring me a whole milk Strawberry Quick, in a frosty glass.”

The history of the color blue is pretty interesting. There was no word for it until modern times, with the exception of the Egyptians.
