Personally I got so used to eating smaller portions, that eating larger portions are now either not possible, or uncomfortable. As long as I eat until I’m full, and no more, I am usually fine.

New Rule: If it can’t fit in the microwave, it won’t fit in your stomach.

It’s not about the amount on the plate so much as the amount in the gut.

Well, if it’s healthy food, I wouldn’t worry too much. At least he’s not going back to the donuts (hopefully).
