Carrot cake is alright to me, not a cake I would go for a lot, but don’t dislike it.

If Kevin’s going to diss carrot cake, then his mother should fix him a cake for himself… laced with horseradish!

Hey, Kev, there’s a LOT of veggies that taste good as breads or desserts: zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin. . . any others????

If memory serves, carrot cake is a WWII-era recipe when sugar was in short supply and people had to use what was available.
