Oh so there was a bit of rhyme to Delray’s reason…

I’m afraid the mother of the boy don’t like how they are laughing.

In Philly years ago,they opened a skating rink in a small space behind City Hall.Against all odds,it succeeded.

Might squish a couple. Boss seems concerned.

Lying to each other is a bad idea. Now Nicole really thinks Marcus doesn’t like the venue for the party. But Marcus is fine with it. What will lying about it accomplish other than making a big mess?

But Marcus actually LIKES the idea… so now what? Does he have to have it somewhere else? This was a dumb, DUMB plan! He should have called Nicole to share the good news about how excited he was about Delray’s choice instead.

What’s really puzzling is that 2 days ago (10/17 strip) Marcus said he had taken Nicole there before and they had fun.

Better not say that when Otis is in ear shot, Marcy. He might put his foot down - on you! ;)

I’ll just note that recently retired NHL star Zdeno Chara is 6’9". I don’t know his skate/shoe size, but it has to be up there with these guys.
