One massive dirtpile wants to investigate a speck of dust. Will there be show trials or just baseless innuendo?

“Productive” isn’t in their operating manual.

Ppoliticians don’t care about what their constituents want.

They’re going to investigate Biden first because they have NO idea what else to do.

They have NO plan at all about what else to do.

They have given up ALL pretense of even trying to govern.

Sheesh!!!!…. As usual,the repugs don’t have any kind of “helpful productive plans”, so they always fall back to the same old squirrel hunt tactics that have worked in the past…lots of noise, lots of screaming, lots of finger pointing, and lots of “what-about-isms”. Oh, and don’t forget about obstruction…and hate mongering…and encouraging violence against all those “others” and, not to be overlooked, siphoning taxpayer money into questionable pockets.

KEEP VOTING BLUE, KEEP VOTING FOR FREEDOM!!!

Might was well. Since productive has different contexts by audience, unless the Repubs do what the Dems want anything they do will die in the Senate. Dem actions will die in the House. Expect to see a lot of bills from both sides for the sole purpose of embarrassing the other side safe in the knowledge that the bill has no future.

A bit of gospel comes to mind: First take the beam out of your own eye before you try to take the speck from someone else’s.

Is Hunter part of the administration now? Is this what will appeal to voters in 2024? Good luck with that…

But they promised to stop all crime, fix everything at the border and turn our country into a paradise.

I expect nothing more than a relentless retch of negativity, showboating, and blather from a bunch of ethical and intellectual midgets.

Will Dems respond like the rule-of-law Repubs who refused to respond to Congressional subpoenas?

Nothing will get done to address inflation, crime, and the border. Why? Because the Republicans have no answers. Get ready for Investigation Season where nothing gets done for the American people.

There should be a way to sue the Repub “leadership” in Congress for not doing their jobs. They are definitely not representing their constituents, but somehow they keep getting back in office.

“Elementary”??? Very few Qpublicans could have MADE IT out of Elementary school…

AND there will be the exact same result as ALL of the “Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi” hearings: “We don’t have ANYTHING!”

Got to deal with that (and Benghazi.. and Hillary server) and hope the voters will have forgotten in 2 years.

Their vengeance will pretty much guarantee a blue wave in 2024. The losses of people like Lake are because people are sick and tired of the rhetoric full of vengeance and undermining of our election system instead of actual solutions to our country’s problems.

I thought it was another species of turtle.

The party of petty grievance was never about helping others.

It’s the Republican’s favorite election strategy. If they can’t get tax cuts for the rich, they will waste taxpayer money every other chance they get with bogus investigations.

Typically, when either party investigates something, they’re doing it for show, and the fact that they promised the voters they would. Remember Trump and his “Lock her up,” mantra? After he was elected, he dropped it. It’ll be the same with Hunter Biden. In the future, when the Democrats have control of the House again, they’ll probably do the same with whatever is in the news at the time. It’s just politics as usual, and we all suffer for it.

I thought they were voted in to run the country, not to ruin it.
