Maybe he’s a gutter elf.

Or maybe he’s a midget with his mind in the gutter.

Makes me feel a little better about not getting it after reading these comments …

A gnome raking falling leaves into the gutter?

Gnome for the holidays.

It’s cute but I can’t figure out the meaning. ?? A little guy raking the gutters/eaves troughs. I’d like to hire him if he is available.

Is this an ad for gutter cleaning?

An annual task. The oak trees shed their leaves last. Each leaf is larger than a man’s hand. Clogs up the gutters. Many times there is ice …

Is he raking them in or out? Is he an eaves angel or an eaves devil?

I have gutter- elf guard so he can’t enter

It’s a ‘strange brew’ for sure!

I don’t get it either. Any help is appreciated

Maybe the funny part is we are trying to figure it out?

I can’t find a joke in this and that seems to be the case for everyone else based upon the comments.

Gutters on an A frame. Wait until the snow hits those. Heads up ELF !

Too add to the confusion of what is going on, isn’t this guy holding a hot water bottle against his body?

The first Strange Brew I’ve read that no one can explain.

Maybe thats the joke?

Perhaps the fact that there is a Christmas tree and lights while the gutter gnome is still dealing with fall leaves instead of snow?

Gutter Snipe!

His Christmas lights are up but he’s raking leaves. So either he’s early with the decorations or late with the leaves.

Pretty leaves. Yeah I don’t get it either.

Just look… there’s no ladder, he’s seated (not standing) and he’s paddling the gutter like a canoe… in short, I have no idea.

I think we all wish we had a gutter elf to keep them empty of all those leaves that accumulate there.

It’s a scareleaf (as in ‘scarecrow’).
