Both have defective “valves”.
A real heart to heart talk
He knows how to get to the heart of the matter.
What could possibly go wrong?
when checking on left or right, one should use “correct?”
If you say so.
If you hadn’t dropped them on the floor, I could have kept track.
Yikes!
Is the right one right or is the left one right?
If the right one is the left one, the right one is the wrong one.
If we put the left one in the right one will be left.
If we put the right one in the left one will be left. Right?
The one with “Igor’s” mark on is the Right one.
“Those are both Cornish hens, doctor.”
Check the expiration date.
Flip a coin.
Just put them both back in. Second day in a row with gruesome/funny implications .
It’s a double bypass
I would think the surgeon could tell the difference between a healthy heart and a diseased one. Aside from that, it’s not good practice to handle the old and new parts at the same time.
Short term memory issues I see.
“Oh dopey me”…
Can’t you tell by the smell?

On the plus side…absolutely no sign of rejection!
He can lose his license in a heart beat☺️
You’re supposed to mark them with a magic maker, ‘old’ and ‘new’.
Check the expiration dates. Or ‘Best by’ date.
In a fit of anger, the doctor threw the hearts at his colleagues in what was deemed a massive heart attack!
“Why aorta bop you for that”
c’mon, have a heart…
his colleagues know it’s time for a heart to heart…
This sounds like the start of an Abbott and Costello “Who’s on first?”-style routine!
This could go very badly, very quickly!
