Perhaps including a retainer to include possible leveraging in her favor actions of the new select subcommittee, headed by Jim Jordan, on the weaponization of the federal government “to protect every American’s constitutional rights …. and civil liberties issues."

Isn’t this the message Biden is sending to his lawyers to attempt to protect him after he stole classified documents and hid them in his “think tank” at Penn. The University that then got massive cash subsidies from the Chinese Communist PArty. The documents had intel on China, Ukraine and Iran. hmmmmmmm…..

I predict that this story arc will turn out with Danae’s report card having all "A"s, thereby undercutting her street cred as a quirky, nonconformist maverick.

Presidents can declassify documents because they are authorized. The difference is that Biden was Vice president when documents were taken in his poseccion and is NOT authorized.
