Well at least Sherman didn’t dress up like a idiot. He’s just acting like one.

If Sherman wanted to make himself useful, he could run a chess program on his cell phone and yell out useful commands. That would be cheating.

You shouldn’t cheat at chess. Unless you’re Tom Brady, then it’s cool.

Uh oh!! Sherman could be escorted out, if he keeps this up.

Big crowd for a chess match. I hope they serve nachos and beer.

His opponent can’t move either rook, they’re hemmed in.

First move would be a pawn.

Chess is played on an 8×8 board. Not 10×10. I have no idea what game they are playing.

It looks to me like what Jim Toomey knows about chess could be written in very large letters in a very small space.

Anybody else watch “Queen’s Gambit”? I learned that at spectator chess tournaments, (before video tech), they had somebody watching the board who would post every move on big bulletin boards facing the crowd. I imagine that nowadays the same thing is done with video screens.

Why are they all looking to the side of them?

If Herman ever says ‘checkmate’, Sherman will have to be escorted out.

If they’re playing Capablanca Chess, they have the board set up wrong. Regular boards are A-H/1-8, but Capablanca boards are A-J/1-8.
