A fuzzy meatloaf? No ketchup topping? Eww.

Personally, I have never made that mistake.

I’ve never mistaken a cat for a meatloaf, I’m pretty sure. But I’ve frequently known a cat to mistake a meatloaf for cat food, very insistently, too.

Whenever I hear the midnights caterwauling I often ask myself “Hey! Isn’t that Meat Loaf?”

How true.

Cats sitting with their front and hind legs and tail tucked beneath them can be mistaken for a meatloaf. If you do a search, you’ll probably find plenty of proof.

The cat doesn’t look like Meat Loaf.

I’m intrigued by the written text underneath the definition of Cat. Is it some sort of placeholder text? If this is from the 1980’s did Kliban have to hand write it?

If the meatloaf is covered with fur, it is well beyond the use-by date.
