I buckled, down at the gym.

Actions speak louder than words, recliner-boy.

You do realize that if you go for tea with her, you will have to wear formfitting spandex, don’t you?

Is the Queen of Space job hereditary, or could a regular person apply for the position?

I actually just got back from the gym. Didn’t say I did anything there, but I went.

My wife and I are lucky. We enjoy working out. We also enjoy our younger neighbors marveling at how ‘spry’ we are for our age. We have a neighbor who is 88 who makes us look like pikers. Like everything in life, it is a choice.

When I worked at the Hoover building, I’d go to the gym every day. That was the shortest walk from my office, to fill up my water bottle.

We skipped the gym today. Instead we shoveled 6 inches of new snow off of our driveway and sidewalk.

He’s just getting warmed up…..
