John and Yoko kind of once said was to “give [peas] a chance.”

Never had a BB gun but did have a pea shooter. Same general concept: It’s all fun until someone loses an eye.

That settles it, peas are clearly not good for you.

Little did Dad know that he was becoming an arms dealer!

I like the hole in dads sock. Leo is such a character.

“Fooot”? Really? What happened to “Patoo”? or “Fatoo”? Also note toe sticking thru right panel sock first and left sock second panel. Just saying.

For shame, Lio. That’s improper use of food.

I used to ‘load’ 6 at a time in a straw and pretend it was a machine gun. The teacher did not appreciate it first thing in the morning. (I had good aim). It was fun taunting her, but it was not fun having to clean the chalkboard erasers and chalkboard after school. The erasers back then had rows of felt or whatever and a couple of times I stuck the chalk into the crack and watched her try to erase the chalkboard to put something else on it. Another detention (as usual)

Well, now there’s nostalgia hitting you right up the side of your head, Dad. You probably remember doing that in your time, right?

Dad needs another beer. And socks. :)

I have found stores that do not stock dried peas or beans.

I prefer watermelon seeds, but those work too.

Next time try the dried ones. Easier to carry and handle.
