Driving home from work last night, I saw a whole herd of deer in an open field. I couldn’t count them since I was driving, but I’d guess it was 8-10 of them or so. Well off the road, just calmly grazing on whatever they could get to with the snow cover. It’s extremely rare that I see that many deer all at once.

Cats will curl up wherever they please.

I love this picture! Lily looks like a fluffy little angel (Warning: don’t wake her up). That little pink nose! I love the flowers. I thought at first this was a garage with painted flowers on the wall. Now, I’m not sure, but I’m not going to overthink it and just enjoy it.

It’s definitely “None of your business”. Why? I’m glad you asked. Simple…

One: The cat doesn’t want possession of the car – she already has free reign over everything anyway.

And Two: Cats don’t wait for anything. Anything that resembles waiting on their part is actually strategic planning.

Whatever the reason, it’s probably best to let the cat continue sleeping. Especially if that cat happens to be Lily! On another note, saw five chickadees, a wren, and two robins while out walking today.
