Someone needs to mansplain this to me. I guess he’s supposed to be the Muffin Man and Mother Goose doesn’t need the explanation, but I don’t see a joke in there.

There’s a bit of overacting just for the effect of a humorous vignette. Aren’t muffins made from batter poured into shaped muffin oven pans? Not rolled-out dough. The Drury Lane stage director has muffed this one.

I see he’s rolling out Gingerbread men….the Muffin Man, Who lives on Drury Lane…..poor MG is so quacked up!

Drury Lane is pretty dreary.

There’s a Drury Lane Theater in suburban Chicago.

Odds are he gets called a lot for Drury duty.

Better be careful Mz. Goose, there are some big knives on the wall and muffins and goose make a fine dinner.

He bakes with goose eggs? My thought was Chicken Little.

That guy will be forever associated in my mind with the movie Shrek and the Gingerbread Man.
