Umm, Scott, hey there, avid fan here. You did this joke three years ago.

Scott: Yes, I know, I meant to do it, a lot changes in three years, and I figured this joke would be funny on a different level now. Oh, and thank you very much for reading my strip, your input is very important to me.

Not lazy or dumb, just forgetful. Age does that.
