When I read that, I was, “nope. Could never do that”. Thought about it for another few seconds, and I totally changed my mind.

Sounds like the mythical fried Mars bar….

No thanks Garfield. I love bacon and I love chocolate but I prefer to keep them separate.

Why ruin perfectly good chocolate by dipping bacon in it?

First time I tried it was not enjoyable was at a wedding reception – don’t like greasy bacon dipped in chocolate – haven’t tried any since…

Not gonna lie, that sounds really good. The sweet and savory components sound odd, but workable.

BACON IN CHOCOLATE?? Only Garfield would come up with that!

Sounds good to me, salty, sweet, crunchy. I once had an ice cream sundae with some crumbled bacon on it…Yum!

Yuck! I prefer my bacon plain and served with eggs and toast, or on a sandwich with lettuce and mustard, and occasionally a slice of cheese.

So who’s gonna experiment this phenomenon? I mean we gave maple bacon a chance….

There was a vendor at the fair a few years back selling chocolate dipped stuff, of which bacon was one. I’m not a fan of chocolate, but I do like bacon. I tried a piece, it was, to me, unpalatable.

I ordered some on eBay years ago, chocolate bars with little bits of bacon in them. They hardly tasted any different than Nestle’s Crunch bars (delicious, don’t get me wrong), but were much more expensive.

Chocolate bacon? Ugh..

What next? Banana and pineapple omelette?:

Noooooo, Garfield. You definitely should not. That just ruins two perfectly good foods.

I can’t see myself eating that, even if it’s applewood smoked bacon in dark Belgian chocolate.

I thought that disgusting bacon/chocolate fad was over.

Now if we could just get past the salted chocolates fad (the ridiculously pretentious “sea salt”).

I don’t know which is more repulsive.

Last week I accidentally bought a box of dark chocolates that turned out to be drenched in “sea salt.” I put them in the refrigerator so they were solid and then rinsed them in cold water to get as much of that junk off them as I could.

How do you get idiots to pay extra money for a very cheap product? Easy, tell them salt is “sea salt” and “special” and charge five times as much. A fool and his money are soon parted.

My wonky meter just busted.

Like some on her I love chocolate and like bacon but not together.
