Actually that’s my least favorite part. Even though the old deck may be flimsy and rickety there is always some section that are still solid and you gotta put real muscle into swinging the sledgehammer! Furthermore there are always rusty nails loose and falling out as you carry the old wood to the garbage bin! You can’t leave rusty nails for the owners to step on them! I would much rather be swinging a lighter hammer building the new deck
OK, Let me see if I’ve got this right: Wiz has a spell for tearing down the deck, but not for fixing, or improving the deck. He must’ve been asleep during that portion of wand and spell training. Of course, this whole household is a very un-wizard like abode. I mean, no magic brooms or pots doing their thing freeing the wizard to save the world.
Somehow I feel that the Wiz is not up to the task and it will end in a predictable disaster ala Tim “The Toolman” Taylor. Better have Al Borland in the wings to wrest victory from the clutches of defeat! ;-p

That last thing Wiz said is another thing Tim Taylor would say followed by a big grunt.

I wish I had a wand that worked. A mouse is great, but still…

This arc is too much like watching renovations on TV, which is like watching paint dry.

The Wiz has been working hard lately, and he feels he deserves a raze.

There’s a wizard in Chicago who’ll do it for a reasonable rate.-

Funny how so many remodeling shows have the general contractor stating that it’s his favorite day: Demo Day!
