He may have preposterous syndrome!

You also feel like you don’t belong inside the space station — where there’s air — and you don’t need a helmet.

Maybe he needs to be given some medicine … maybe hormones …

… or perhaps surgery … This needs to be fixed right away.

Maybe it’s the weather … Maybe he’s (just) feeling down …

Maybe … Nothin’ is really wrong … Feelin’ like he doesn’t belong …

Is anyone complete nowadays if they don’t have a syndrome?

He must have watched the new Shazam movie.

He’s going to have a tough time getting anywhere if he’s that recursive.

He needs to join the “Order of Second-Order Impostors”.

Seen that condition a couple of times on “The Twilight Zone.”

Similarly, I’ve often felt like I was a fraud because sometimes I am able to accomplish things that I know I am not smart enough to do.

Impostor syndrome?? I have no self-doubt, I am what I am and that’s all that I am. I am also old enough to know, that in this crazy world which we live, I am the most sane person I know. I also well exceed whatever passes for normal in this world. Because you’re all crazy.

Most folks who suffer from imposter syndrome (yes, it’s real) believe it’s the people around them who are imposters – see also the films “Pods”.

Ok, how about when the person doesn’t feel like he belongs, and people around him tell him he doesn’t belong? Is there a word for that?
