I’m surprised that there wasn’t a skunk there. They are usually a popular addition in groups of cartoon animals. Many would say that the Fink is a skunk but he would then be meeting a literal skunk.
The Sierra Club, for decades, succeeded in blocking timber harvest in the Black Hills. The resultant failure to thin the forest resulted in pine beetle infestations that destroyed thousands more trees than properly managed harvest would have removed.
