I really doubt dogs need or care about having their bowls up off the floor.

Bath and board. What else can you ask for. Wet towelette?

We got one of these for our dogs. I put it away after I watched a slow motion video of how dogs drink. Raising the bowls actually makes it harder for them to get water. Their tongue need to approach the surface of the water vertically rather than the angle that the raised bowl forces. We confirmed this by raising one bowl, and left the other on the floor. They consistently used the bowl on the floor.

This sort of feeding set should be for large breed (or mutt) dogs and not puppies like Sophie. I can see why she is trying to get up on one of the bowls to eat (but landed in the water instead).

I really like the movement in the three silent panels. It’s a work of beauty.

In real life, lab puppies don’t stay that small for very long at all.

Had to raise the dishes for a German Shepherd after a near fatal episode of gastric dilatory Volvulus. The doc said it would help.
