Yes, even him. Even though conservatives think Hillary is presumed guilty when she hasn’t even been accused, and they don’t now exactly what she’s guilty of.
Just like any murderer or rapist, Defendent Trump is entitled to due process and the presumption of innocence. Of course that’s only by those participating in what will soon be one of his many criminal trials. The rest of us are free to draw the obvious conclusion.
Whatever the merits of the Manhattan case, the public will always see it as a sex scandal. Ga case needs to be made, Jan 6 treason will never be accepted by his cult.
I’m concerned about the safety of the prosecutor, judge and jury members and their families. When you have a defendant (with fervent irrational followers) who doesn’t consider himself bound by the laws and ethical behavior of the society he lives in, what kind of risk is acceptable to innocent people just to provide the fair trial?
You know what that is, folks? It’s the motto that the guilty hide behind.
Last week was April 15th, the anniversary of the Lincoln assassination. We all know Booth did it. Everyone back then KNEW Booth did it. And we all know Booth was killed running out of the barn he was hiding in after it was lit on fire.
But let’s say Booth had been captured and taken alive.
He’d have still had a trial, yes. But NOT to prove guilt or innocence. We already knew his guilt.
He’d have had a trial in order to follow due process. To make sure that his rights were respected. To make sure that WE follow the rules. To make sure that no one afterwards can claim we didn’t do everything the law requires for a proper trial.
Booth’s trial wouldn’t be to prove guilt or innocence. It would be so that the American people could say that justice was done in the proper way.
The Orange Nazi Messiah is treated like all other white rich people are. Think the Allie’s Nuremberg trials where every Nazi was treated equally and properly under the law.

If they speak of orange, they’ll never lock him up, and that “leaker” will get pardoned. (like that boy/girl?)

When they find him guilty then he goes to jail right? Right?

The Orange Vomit will never go to jail, but will spend the rest of his life paying off lawyers!

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Even him.

In the meantime, he is a criminal defendant.
Out on bail.

RH seems to forget about “Lock Her Up Hillary,” and the Central Park Five.

Yup. Even if he’s proven himself to be guilty multiple times, that doesn’t count. The prosecutors have to do it themselves in the proper venue.

When do Joe B and dopehead son go on trial for their felonies?

It’s a hush money case. I don’t see jail time for that. BUT!! It does open doors to other cases, so we can hope the heavier charges will come after.

Just lock him up and spare us the trial. That’s what he’d do to his perceived enemies

All 34 charges will be dropped, get a not guilty, or overturned.
