Some Justices believe/act as if they’re divinely ordained!

Accepting luxury private aircraft flights and other high end gifts, even if not material, are certainly reportable and he should be held to account. Even worse for Harlan Crow is the illegal use of his aircraft by allowing anyone to ride for free. That violates the FAA rules for private aircraft. If it is managed as a charter aircraft and the trips were not reported, that is an even heavier violation.

Here in Texas you don’t even need a high school diploma to become a county judge, much less a law degree, which is why we have such interesting court decisions. I’m running for county judge on the ‘bought & paid for" platform. For every case I’ll run a silent auction and the highest bid wins. Don’t worry, about legality – my 1st action as judge will be to legalize silent auctions judgments.

The only people who had trust in Thomas in the first place were the right-wing nut jobs and those who bought and paid for him; they knew he would vote reliably for whatever they wanted, however unconstitutional.

NO ONE who ever bothered to pay attention would trust Uncle Clarence, except he could always be trusted to be a right-wing ideologue disdainful of the law.

I don’t really believe that his undies have green dollar signs or that he carries his own luggage.

Nothing whatsoever will happen to thomas. His arrogant corruption, and that of his wife, will continue while they smirk all the way to the bank.

He’s one of the reasons the Supreme Court is no longer recognized as a respected institution

love it when Uncle Thomas said he asked around and was told he does not have to report 1/2 million dollars gifts from a GQP mega donor. He is supposed to be a “supreme” court Judge and he doesn’t even know the rules concerning his own job, what a joke

He is not capable of filling out his financial disclosure forms properly. How can we expect him to even understand the law properly? He is not competent enough to be on the Supreme Court. Never was, never will be. He really needs to be impeached and removed from the court.

All civilian government employees are trained that “even the impression of wrong doing” could have consequences. Maybe not the SCOTUS?

A judge should not testify voluntarily as a character witness.
