I heard of a cat squatting on the toilet seat and then flushing, or just flushing to watch the water. Water bill rose substantially. I think that was stopped by keeping the lid down.

Zip it, Earl! Cats using litter boxes is ultimately a VERY convenient thing. Don’t you wish Roscoe used a litter box, and didn’t have to be walked to get his ‘business’ done?

Sorry! Not a cat person. Had one attack me as a kid. That did it.

Years ago we had a cat like that. He LOVED being brushed and would rub his head and body against if if we left it on a chair. That maroon also liked being vacuumed! I used the furniture brush on him.

I had a cat who was fascinated by the soft brush I used on his fur. One day, as I sat it down bristles-up, he reached over with a paw, spread his toes, pushed his paw down into the bristles, closed his toes and picked up the brush and held it up to examine it. “How does this thing work?” was clearly his expression.

Brother and sister-in-law’s cat came in the living room, paced around a while, walked over to me, jumped up on to my lap, then on to my shoulder.

It was time for her daily brushing. And, I was sitting in her spot.

Sister, a warning would have helped. But I got a great belly laugh.

ah yes- kitty kats—-go poop and pee in a box of sand and jump right up on the kitchen counter where meals are being prepared! blech

Why, they have servants to do that.

I have trained three of our clowder to use a toilet and two of them to flush. They all prefer the Litter Robots anyway.

Earl sure doesn’t give a darn about cats.

Awwww!!! I CAN brush my mini shar pei girl, but I find it funnier to hold the brush while she pushes into it. <3 (By the way, she is currently snoring.)

The only cats I like are the big cats, especially tigers and lions
