My husband is more addicted to his phone than I am mine, but really, neither of us are addicted. We set our phones down and might check them if we walk by or if we hear them chime, but that’s it. And we never sleep with them on our nightstands, because it’s dangerous to one’s health and interrupts sleep. Amazes me to read about younger gens that don’t know what a real alarm clock is.
I love snuggling with the hubster (and the cats) and watching a movie. Best time of the day. :)
When we finish eating dinner and are watching TV (at the kitchen table) I turn on my laptop and go online for non-work things – such as reading comics. I tend to read/visit one site or type of site each night (same night week to week).
If husband is upset he does not mention it. He is on his computer during the day for himself, but I am still working extremely part time and most of my time on my computer during the day is related to same or to business for our reenactment unit or my embroidery chapter. We have gone back to being out of the house much of the day – for things HE wants/needs to do and will not go without me going with him. So, since he wastes my days, he does not complain when I go online at night while watching TV with him. (Though Friday night I cannot go online as we have to have “Friday night midnight movie substitute on TV” and on Saturday night we have to have “Saturday date night movie substitute on TV”. )

I do Wordle and Facebook at night, before bed. Twitter, I look at once in a while. The other two? Nope.

Hey, while she’s on that, she’s leaving you alone. Enjoy. If she talks to you, it only gets worse.
