I once sent a dish back because I didn’t like the way it was cooked. A few seconds later, the chef came into the dining room, glared at me, and went back in the kitchen. I left.
I worked in the restaurant industry…anyone who would make “suggestions” on how we did things, I would respond with, “We’re always hiring! Would you like a job? We sure could use you!”
