40-something years later and I still have that “required exam for a class I’ve never been to and can’t find dream”. And graduation depends on it. I have both grad and under-grad versions! Leave off, already!

I dream I’m back in first grade, and as I sit down, I suddenly think, “Wait, I already did this…” :P :P :P

I did this while on holiday with my parents once. Day before leaving the campsite, I had to sleep in their bed, as my sister and I usually slept in a tent. But I was a very active sleeper, so at a certain point during the night, I flayed my arms and hit both of them. No black eyes though, but they weren’t amused either.

My in-laws had similar incidents, and their solution was SEPARATE BEDS. Eventually, they needed separate rooms, too. :P

My wife punched me in the nose once because she was dreaming that she was eating pizza and wanted to share it with me.

When my wife first moved in, I dreamt that David Bowie came at me with a knife. In the struggle, I had grabbed his wrist, threatening to break it if he didn’t drop it. I woke up to her yelling at me…turns out, it wasn’t Bowie’s wrist I was crushing. I felt bad about the 5 fingerprint bruises on her breast.

Just remember: If your wife dreams you are having an affair, you are still guilty! (even if you’re not!)

Sometimes it sounds pretty strange, until you hear the rest of the story, then it sounds strange again.

heard a tale of a kid who came to school one morning after what was obviously a fight. Turned out to be a dream where he was fighting a guy who was really quick with his fists, and woke to discover himself standing on his bed, being beaten badly by… his ceiling fan.

On vacation one time and I was having trouble sleeping so Mom gave me one of her Ambien. I have strange dreams anyway, but those were absolutely outrageous. Never took it again. I stick to melatonin or Unisom.

My brother-in-law once punched my sister while they were both asleep. HE woke up in the morning with a black eye!

My husband has gotten me twice. Not badly though. One time he smacked me on the top of my head like he was killing a bug. It’s just so disconcerting waking out of a deep sleep like that.
