I use “Bob and Brad” on the You Tube. They’re not doctors, they’re physical therapists. They’ve proved invaluable for helping my aches and pains.
Looking up medical questions online is a mug’s game. Unless you research the sites very well, you are going to get out-of-date, contradictory and often self-serving advice.
I am more likely to look up medications for ones that don’t play well together. My family is pretty well versed in normal aches/pains/injuries/illnesses, so we know when something needs to be seen by a dr. or not. My late husband was seriously ill with many diabetes related illness/wounds that I got to be pretty good at diagnosing and treating them. We are still well stocked on all kinds of medically related things.
I actually find their drug interaction checker very helpful. Doctors don’t always do their job when prescribing meds, so sometimes you have to look out for yourself, unfortunately.

I did that yesterday looking up suggestions for pre-diabetes diets. It’s amazing how many of the same foods you can and cannot eat.
