I have a neighbor who has a large garden and put one of those dancing man things in it to scare the starlings and crows away. She’s too far away for me to know if it works.

Mrs. Shaw sounds very nice. And she’s considerate enuf to write a note instead of just sending an e-mail. Tea notes are such a lost art these days.
