Have a little tact, Brutus, Gladys’s fish is always a light crispy golden black.

Not the right thing to say, Brutus!!! NOT the right thing to ….. say!!!

I don’t like raw, but I can’t understand why some like it burnt black.

Red fish is not a good tasting fish, however it is abundant in New Orleans. Someone came up with a way to cover the taste. They need to put it back in cat food. My cat and I would be much happier.

I’d rather order a blackened redfish than a sock (in the (?)) eye salmon.

Guess that spice mixture is used to hide the taste? Fish needs lemon, salt, pepper.

Did Brutus forget who he’s talking to?

He’s just suggesting Gladys open up a Cajun restaurant! No harm, no foul!
